Hello Ambassadors (especially APAC region and Indonesia), Tommy contacted Fedora through our press address by mistake. Would it be possible for some of our Indonesian Ambassadors to contact Tommy, and possibly provide him with some media, or other support for his efforts? Hi Experts and Ambassadors Fedora is always on the forefront leading in the latest of technology in opensource world. Its still be quite few years before all Linux distributions make it a breeze for 2D print drivers. Here is something, to take Fedora to next level. Hello Ambassadors! Fedora 15 release parties [1] are well underway, and everyone is celebrating Fedora 15 with your help! Although we know that we have already registered many parties around the world, we still believe that we should have more :) Go ahead and register your party [1] and spread Fedora while partying! Remember we are here to help you, so do not hesitate to ask for help on your local meeting, or on this list, and please open any budget or swag request tickets on the appropriate trackers [2] This time we are bringing back our reward system and we will reward *all* the Release Party teams that follow the Event Report Guidelines [3] with a dinner out! The procedure are simple: - Organize your awesome F15 party - Document with as many posts and photos as possible (follow the guidelines and spread the word!) - Open a ticket at FAmSCo Trac [4] requesting your reward, linking to all the posts and material from the party - Get clearance to spend up to 80 USD - Go out with the rest of your team, you deserve it! First, sorry for the double post, my first mailing likely bounced. Just getting over my procrastination and I would like to introduce myself to the team and work towards joining the team. Some of you may know me from other circles, namely Ubuntu, or from my blog or web site. My blog and web pages tend to be oriented at documentation and for the most part grew out of my activities with my LUG. I have been using Fedora since FC , as my primary OS since F10. Personally I found F15 to be a bit buggy, but most of my major bugs seem to ve working out either via bug fixes or work arounds. Most of my activity has been on the Forums, although more recently I am trying to be more active with Fedora including #fedora, bug reports, etc. My interests have always been in assisting users transition from Windows to Linux.
