Re: [Ambassadors] Red Hat Argentina is hiring
by David Barzilay
Thanks, Fred!
I wasn't sure about the repercussion of this announcement in this list,
but believe I'm helping many people doing this, both the local RH
operation and also great geeks seeking opportunities.
Any ideas on how we could better publish further opportunities....?
Best,

Get in touch with them and point out politely to them that they need our
permission to use our mark, especially if they've modified it. And then
get their request for permission -- or get a refusal.
If you get a refusal, forward to me and I'll handle it from there.

Question about usage of parts of the background image of FC6
by Heiko Adams
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1
Hi folks,
I hope this isn't the wrong list.
Today I found this german fedora community site[1] which seems to use
parts of the Fedora Core 6 default background image in his welcome
message. Maybe this is a violation of someones copyrights and so I would
like to know if the webmaster has asked for permission or not.

Preparation for FOSS.IN 2006
by Kushal Das
Hi,
As you know that FOSS.IN (http://foss.in) is coming up and we are thinking of
representing Fedora there.
As me, gja & mether talked about this on irc (#fedora-india), we came up with
some basic idea.
We are going to have
1) Stall
2) Talks there.
About the stall, I am ready to volunteer, gja said he will also join me up.
Still we decided about 3 talks, overview, FC6 and packaging, mether
volunteered for the first two, me for the last one.
We are looking for comments on what else can be done & some more talks.
As the last date of submitting the talks in on 8th, we need to fix it fast.
Hope we will have a Fedora Ambassadors' meet there..
Regards,
Kushal
