Hmm, it is indeed weird and might need some UX love.
My thinking is that it's this weird way across the board -- Monitor has
breadcrumbs, Administer does not. That does seem bizarre, but it's at
least consistently bizarre.
In my humble-and-not-at-all-authoritative opinion, adding them globally
is something that doesn't belong in a bug-fix sprint; it feels more like
a new feature / enhancement. I do think it's a good thing to do, just
not now. It seems like the simplest fix would be to just add a "Return
to Realms" button to the page to keep things consistent, even if it's
"consistently inconsistent" between the two sections.
