We could also try to do this on OpenShift if it's easier/faster than
hosting it on the Redmine machine. (I'm impartial, just thought I'd
throw it out there as another option.)

Awesome. As far as hosting, whatever you guys think is easier -- an
OpenShift rails stack sounds like a great idea.
