Actually I don't think we should have dependency on openstack rpm - it's
deltacloud-core what requires this gem/rpm so it should have this dependency. This looks
like a dc-core dependency bug (-> ccing Michal).

Requires: %{name}-openstack
$ yum install deltacloud-core-openstack
This will also activate the driver. Note this has been added since
deltacloud-core-1.0.3
