we are lacking in the project. Then once a month we get a list of
people who want to take part and their chosen topic (doesn't have to be
an aeolus one, but preferably one that others might be interested in).
Then at the end of the month we schedule say 30mins to an hour for each
person to present their findings. We could just distribute a set of
slides and do a conf call or use elluminate oir what ever people are
comfortable with.
As I've been thinking about this a bit more, I realized that several of
us replied to the effect that we'd love to do this but weren't sure we
could present.
I'd like to suggest that we relax the time limit -- I'm having a hard
time thinking of things I'd be comfortable presenting on for 30-60
minutes, but I think that it becomes much easier if we also welcome
talks that are, say, 10-15 minutes. (Of course, more in-depth talks
should still be welcomed.) I think that would help lower the barrier to
entry and help ensure we had enough presenters.
Overall, I must reiterate that I'm _really_ excited about this idea!
