Ah ok, found your proposal marked as "valid" on the google site [1],
sorry have been juggling quite a few proposals that have come in.
Just gave your proposal the thumbs up / review via the evaluation
site. Believe that's it for my involvement in the review process,
will keep you up to speed as to the results of the Fedora / Google
selection process.
In any case, as you play around w/ the underlying Aeolus
technologies, feel free to ping me or Matt Wagner (the Aeolus GSoC
co-mentor) w/ any questions. As far as getting started on
development, I'd create a github repo and start structuring you
desktop application there. Then other developers + users can fork /
clone your work and comment / help you from that.
Yes, I did apply through the Melange site in time and before
that I contacted you via email to clear out some questions.
Please revisit the proposal submitted :)
Surely, I would like to contribute to the project and I have
already started going through the documentation of project.
Please guide if you have some preset path to follow in mind of
yours. I am mostly available at IRC with nick 'furhans' during
timings of 8 am to 5 am Eastern Time (USA).
Regards
Furhan Shabir

Hi folks
I am planning to contribute to the Fedora project
by interfacing it with Aelous for cloud resource
management. My proposal can be found at the

Hey Furhan, did you submit your project via the GSoC melange
site? If not unfortunately I'm afraid its past the deadline
to do so (out of my control, this was set by the Fedora GSoC
organizers).
Either we'd still love to have your involvement. If you
would like to find out how to contribute or need any help
with the development process, feel free to ping me (or
matty_dubbs the other Aeolus GSoC mentor) on IRC anytime
(#aeolus on freenode).
