This patch adds Accounts Tab in Provider. Having Provider Accounts listed under filter view of Connectivity tab is confusing.
This fixes BZ741469 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=741469)
Patch needs to be applied on Admin UI Bugfixes rev1 patchset
