is it possible to create a replication matser/master or master/slave between 389DS and another LDAP server openldap for example?

Sorry, it’s not. Every server has their own replication protocol and they are incompatible.
You could write a “sync” tool that periodically ran and read content from one LDAP and changed it on another.
