Selinux is about type labeling when location change. Make sure that security context change aswell.

Probably an SELinux problem.  I believe the correct location for those files is /var/lib/dirsrv.  If you're trying to use some other location, you're going to end up fighting SELinux.  Use the standard location.
Thank you all guys, in default location everything works fine. Only one strange thing is that selinux was disabled.
