Running an indexing task does not break replication. It will potentially impact database
performance during the indexing, but nothing should break...
IIRC once you add the index, you have to immediately trigger a db2index else you get false
answers in queries. During an online db2index the server goes into referral mode which was
pause it's incoming replication. After it's done, it'll start back up no
issues.
So you should be good to do this :)
