Hmmm yes and no? Generally if something is hard to find that's a design issue because
we should make things more accessible and easier to discover. This said, it's the
older admin tool here which I don't think we are investing in.
This is the nsDirectoryURL attribute; there is one default with unsecure port and one to
store the user-defined User DIrectory.
