it's "eq" as I said originally:
dn: cn=objectclass,cn=index,cn=userRoot,cn=ldbm
database,cn=plugins,cn=config
objectClass: top
objectClass: nsIndex
cn: objectclass
nsSystemIndex: true
nsIndexType: eq
As Noriko pointed you, you are missing nsIndexType: pres on this :)
