I know that #567429 is a low priority bug, but is there a time frame or which version of 389-DS will have a fix for this bug?

It's an internal tracking bug.  It's how we target bugs for a particular
release.  If it's blocked that means it is an internal Red Hat tracker.

Blocks means either that the bug really does "block" or prevent testing
or solving the bug that it blocks, or it means it is a tracking bug.
