Ticket 48982 - When plugin doesn't enable, actually log the path it used
Bug Description: When trying to debug plugin enabling, actually return the
path we tried to enable.
Fix Description: Add path to the error result. Because this is only possible to
cn=Directory Manager it's not a risk.

Ticket 48996 - Fix rpm to work with ns 0.2.0
Bug Description: During the update to NS 0.2.0, I didn't test the rpm build.
The changes to make liblfds710.so, broke library path resolution during the
build.
Fix Description: Alter the nunc-stans bundle build to properly allow
resolution of nunc-stans during make time.
