This may be a broader debate, but I don't see why we'd change the fundamentals of how the breadcrumbs work for Monitor vs. Administer pages. . . ?

(NACK?) I think breadcrumbs should not be used in administer section. 
Returning to previous is done by return_to link in the header (see other 
views - its missing in this front end realm retail view.
