Greetings,

> GIT: [PATCH 1/2] Initialize THIN_LOCKFILE

When calling 'aeolus-restart-services', I noticed that the conductor server
restart output appeared corrupted. It seems stop() was missing an additional
'echo'. Also, the missing THIN_LOCKFILE variable was causing error
output.

> GIT: [PATCH 2/2] Fix stop() output and consistent use of whitespace

In addition to the above fixes, I made whitespace adjustments for consistency.
Also, I added a vim modeline to the end of the file to help ensure future edits
handle whitespace consistently.

As always, comments/feedback appreciated.

Thanks,
James
