Well would you maybe consider priorising this feature set a bit?
Because the world really runs out of IPv4 addresses..fast.

But oVirt as a whole currently supports ipv6 only in guests.
Engine does not set ipv6 addresses to host networks, and even on Vdsm
side we lack support for source-routing with ipv6.
