This seems like a bug... but where exactly I am not sure.
Could be glibc, could be rpm, could be something else.
I guess I'd say start with rpm and they could move it if needed?
Can you file a bug on it? or would you like me to?
Perhaps if this was somewhat reproducible.
While it happened twice yesterday, today the "same" build, again landing
on a buildvm , succeeded.
Not sure what to make of it.
